I am an experienced professional within elite sport with speciality in football. I have started my journey in football media in the Netherlands, where I have worked as match day press officer and journalist in professional football. Following that I have worked in academy analysis and recruitment before making the jump into senior football.

Throughout the years, I have invested in my coaching badges, and I have different credentials from different football associations in Europe and Africa. I am a UEFA C and B license holder from the Irish Football Association (governing body of Northern Ireland), and I have CAF A from Fédération Royale Marocaine de Football (Moroccan football association). I also hold UEFA C Goalkeeping from the DFB (German Football Association).

I specialise in football data with emphasis on data analysis, data engineering and methodology development. This focuses on the recruitment side of the game, but also on the analysis and performance departments. I write code in Python, R, Julia and D3.js, and I work with SQL.

My aim is to bring my football knowledge together with my statistical knowledge in order to get actionable insights that will help any team or organisation progress.
